Can I wear ITEM m6 socks instead of my medical compression stockings?
Like medical compression stockings, the compression in ITEM m6 decreases upwards. However, ITEM m6 products are not an alternative to medical compression stockings prescribed by a doctor for venous disorders or edema that are measured and adjusted for the specific disorder.
The compressive pressure in ITEM m6 socks is below compression class 1. These products are therefore suitable for active, fashion-conscious people with healthy veins who care about their body. ITEM m6 socks do not have a medical aid number and are thus not covered by health insurance plans.

How do I pick the right size?
I bought an ITEM m6 product from your web shop. I haven’t had the product very long and there’s already a hole or run in them. What can I do?
We’d be happy to take a look at your ITEM m6 product and make sure there were no production errors when we made it. Please send the product back to us using the return label that came with your order. If you don’t have it any more, just let us know and we’ll send you a new one.
Our product service department will inspect the merchandise you returned as soon as we receive it. We’ll let you know the results of our inspection.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free of charge within Germany. Orders placed by 11 am are generally delivered the next business day as an insured DHL parcel.
